– If you want to gradually exit your investment, then multiple cheaper options will suit you better than one ‘premium’ option, because the ‘premium’ option will take longer to sell.
– If you want to rent out the property, both options are more or less the same. To be honest, we can’t say that their income will be equal. But! If you buy 3 cheaper properties, you will need to prepare more paperwork (3 rental agreements, 3 tenants, 3 title deeds, etc.) than you would for a single ‘premium’ level property.

If your answer is yes, then choosing 3 more cheap properties can be more profitable than choosing one ‘premium’ property. For example, you will live in one and rent out two, earning passive income from them.
Also pay attention to capital appreciation figures in different economic periods. They can be the reason for a change in rental income and property resale price!
