Such viewing would cover:
Setting an appointment through any channel of communication with your ToInvestTurkey Consultant beforehand
Step 1: Pick-up transfer from Istanbul or Sabiha Gokcen airport upon your arrival, depending on the time of the day a hotel check-in, or a briefing on the pre-selected portfolios and preferred ways of evaluating them in the office.
Step 2: Hotel pick-up, city overview, field visits, and negotiations with the developers.
Step 3: Summarizing the pros and cons of the inspected options, analyzing and selecting the most appropriate alternative, seller’s office visit for a deal negotiation.
Step 4: If a decision to proceed is taken signing the reservation agreement with a deposit payment, the commencement of the purchase and citizenship procedures with a lawyer, POA signing by the Public Notary. Departure transfer to the airport.
